Dreadful thriller
By Philip Concannon from London , 21 May 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
Chris(Rory Cochrane) is the rookie cop who is paired with the infamous Nora'Hugs'Hugosian(Gina Gershon) on his first day. Soon a series of murders start springing up and as they involve Nora's former cases, she soon becomes prime suspect. Will Chris stand by his partner? Or will he assist shady investigator Simon Herzel(Ron Silver) in her arrest?
Who cares? This is a basic, predictable, trashy affair. Gershon and Cochrane are adequate although they don't cook up much of the required chemistry. There's a twist or two towards the end of the film but most viewers will see them coming from a mile away. Instantly forgettable.- Was this review helpful to you?

How awful can a movie ...
By Vajeeha#1 from WATFORD , 25 Sep 2004How awful can a movie be? Full of the worst ever cliches. Familiar stroy-line. I was hoping this was the movie of the same name, from a few years back with cameos frm people like Mike Tyson and Brooke Shields. They even mention that Ben Stiller and Robert-Downey Jr are in this movie, but there was no sign of them (although I couldn't bear to watch the whole thing). Absolute cr*p.- Was this review helpful to you?
