This DVD is just Epic, I mean seriously, you put in the DVD and the action begins straight away and instantly you think MY GOD! This anime is awesome!

Buy it or Rent it now, cause if you don't you'll probably see a Black Cat you will perish

I'm a big anime fan, and was thinking about buying this series. I'm glad I didn't.

I'll give it one good thing: Sven and his comedic moments. Beyond that this 1st volume that contains the 1st 4 episodes was pretty much all over the place.

1st up, some people in this show have crazy super-powers, even though the series has tried to ground things with an assassin/bounty-hunter feel to things. The super-powers weren't really explained in any form, which kinda bugged me when everything else about the show was going for shades of realism.

2nd, nothing really happens in the 4 episodes except some random missions and eventually the formation of what I would guess is the cast of regulars [I only say that because they are in the opening titles]

The early story twist I read about doesn't happen in these 4 episodes, and seems to start with the 5th. Theres much better comedy, action, drama, and suspense out there even when you limit yourself to just anime, so sadly I don't think I'll ever get to that 5th episode.
