Carrot-Topping Great!
Bleach is fantastically written and one of the best anime series i have ever seen.. it has everything from romance to blood and gore which absoloutley does it for me! I actually had it introduced from a friend who had read the manga series and she said that it was the best series she had also seen in a long time also. It has guys from big swords to big hearts in this series and can be both hilarious and hysterical at the same time.. It has a great plot and although there are now movies out (but in japanese) i suggest you watch the series first because otherwise it will be a load of gobbly-de-gook! Ichigo is a hardass in this series and has the coolest colour hair that you will ever see in any other manga and i dont really like Rukiya she is also quite a cool character also.. but no-one can beat the guy in the green and white hat although i cant remember his name and doesn't come up until later he is one of the best and watch this cos this is just one of the best anime series of a lifetime! ..

Best Anime for newcommers!
If your really new and just getting into Anime then you'll love this series. My friends and I have read the manga and we love this aswell. It's funny has some brilliant themes in it and the action is superb and it also has hardly any of the dreaded FILLER EPISODES.
Another recomendation is TRIGUN! -
