kieslowski plays with coincidence and chance
By a customer from wales , 08 Jul 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
Kieslowski creates a fascinating exploration of coincidence and chance in this multi-ending film. Disillusioned medical student sets off to catch a train - is it then coincidence or personal choice which dictates the future course of his life? One man's life burrowing a path through the claustraphobia of the Polish state touching and touched by the lives of others along the way.- Was this review helpful to you?

(21)Chaos and What Ifs...
By a customer from OXON , 02 May 2012I got the idea of this film pretty quickly but the acting was pretty dire and the prodction not brilliant so I got bored within 20 minutes.- Was this review helpful to you?

a student film with money
By Dave Hamill from Bristol , 21 Sep 2010its not clever...its not interesting...it's weighty and difficult to follow. Infact it seems altogether confused and unintentionally scattered. Not a patch on his '3 Colours trilogy'
Though, i've seen worse films...- Was this review helpful to you?

Too arthouse
By a customer from London , 22 Mar 2009This film really is the most arthouse of arthouse films. It was so arthouse I couldn't even watch it and I usually like arthouse films. Don't even rent it unless you can really handle your arthouse!
Too arthouse to even watch.- Was this review helpful to you?

Blind Chance (1981)
By a customer from London, England , 12 Jul 2008I was disappointed with this film, because it sounded like a good idea - the same as 'Sliding Doors', only with 3 outcomes - but I found it so hard to watch. I didn't know what the hell was going on!- Was this review helpful to you?
