Blowback

Detective Don Morrell (Van Peebles - POSSE) thinks he can finally close a painful chapter in his life when he witnesses the state execution of the serial killer Claude Whitman (Remar - HELLRAISER V). But when members of the jury that delivered the death sentence fall victim to a series of brutal ritualistic murders littered with cryptic messages, Morrell recognizes distinct characteristics of Whitman's handiwork.   Typical murder investigation...
  
  This film is OK, the typical murder investigation film - action, quite a good plot, some good characters. Definately enjoyable.
