Outstanding fun and cappers from the St Trinian's girls. Old but fantastic to watch. Simply rent, press play and laugh all the way to the 2008 movie.

(4)Classic timepiece keeps ticking
By ash53 (53 reviews) from newbury , 17 Aug 2011What a romp! Yes its old. Yes its all a bit tarty with grown starlets in pelmet-length gymslips, its all a bit camp with men in drag, its all a bit dated with the men from the ministry but by jove its funny. Even better with Joyce Grenfell as the lovelorn Ruby Gates.
I wondered if there was a time when people made films just for the sheer hell of it, not to bang a message, not to push an agenda, not to explore / expose inner pain and turmoil but just because they wanted people to enjoy watching it?
If there was - then this must have been the era.- Was this review helpful to you?

Remakes - why?
By Lelboy (269 reviews) from East London , 02 Dec 2009This, along with the other St Trinians films, are gems on their own, and need no remakes. Alastair Sim, George Cole and Joyce Grenfell make these films.- Was this review helpful to you?

Blue Murder at St. Trinians
By stever1953 (4 reviews) from Redruth , 29 Jun 2008A little dated now, but still very funny. They don't write 'em like that any more. They wouldn't get away with it.- Was this review helpful to you?
