Yeh Yeh!
This studio concert, recorded some years ago (1986), showing Carl Perkins already in maturity, feels as fresh as only yesterday. Reasonable sound and picture quality for its day. Mr. Perkins could still do his thing even then, but for me the pleasure comes from Eric Clapton and Dave Edmunds and Ringo... and especially from the sweet and modest George Harrison. Oh the memories it all brings back. The atmosphere of respect and fondness for each other sings loudest. Great music. Happy days. Yes, you really should get a load of this. Or what the hell, why not just go straight out and buy it for yourself. Magic moments.
