Cuba Gooding Jr's career decline continues with this limp comedy about two straight men who inadvertently wind up on an all-gay ocean cruise. However, to avoid too narrow an audience demographic, the film-makers also contrive to get the bikini-clad lovelies of a Swedish tanning team on board. The humour is as subtle as high explosive and about as funny, though Roger Moore's cameo as an ageing queen at least produces one or two amusing lines. Otherwise, this is the sort of film that's bearable only if watched on video, preferably under the influence of alcohol and in the company of undemanding pals.
Appallingly bad movie that sinks (and stinks) with all hands.
I can't believe I watched this all the way through - I kept meaning to turn it off but kept watching and wish I hadn't. Spare yourselves and your brain cells and don't watch this, it's lame-assed, not funny, misogynistic and even Cuba (who I love) couldn't save it - what the hell is he doing in this???? If you believe that one of the leads, a big chubby and not-even-nice guy, would have a Swedish tanning beauty say 'I vant to sleep with you' perhaps this fantasy is for you. I was literally waiting for the dream sequence to come up for him, but no, the makers would have you believe the fat boy is an object of desire for beautiful women and dapper gay gentlemen as well!! If anyone believes that, they have a better imagination than me! I wonder what the makers' looks and personalities are like, maybe this is their personal fantasy?? Other than that, nothing else could explain why women come out as nothing better than ho's, money hungry witches or dried up hags in this movie. There is not ONE woman who is portrayed in a human or normal fashion. Sorry but for a good comedy I would overlook a lot, but this is NOT EVEN FUNNY, which is the worst thing one could say!!!

Just days after superceleb couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez announced the end of their relationship, the pair have been nominated for an award for worst screen couple. The pair starred together in critically derided uber-flop Gigli. The film has received a whopping nine nominations at this year's Razzie awards. Nominations for the spoof Oscars saw Mike Myers' storybook adaptation of Dr Seuss' the Cat in the Hat and From Justin to Kelly, featuring American Idol stars Kelly Clarkson and... Read more
