Can never get enough of The Great Bob Hope
The dvd entertains with clips from Hope's long career, clips loaded with one-line quips that would leave you in in stitches for days. It was through this documentary I first encountered the man and now thirst for his movies. You will wish to see more, but alas this dvd does more than what any of his movies will do; a collection of his jokes from a large number of his shows (and in some cases, the hidden gem behind the joke) as opposed to those structured for a particular movie e.g his and Crosby's 'Road' movies. Sit back and enjoy. If you want more of his jokes, buy the book!

the quality of this is...
extremely poor quality recording but this doesn't escape from the excellent comic timing of a very funny man. This is probably the best chance you will get to be this close to a legend. A full biography from friends and co stars this really does show the best of Bob Hope
