Great Fitness DVD
By Samantha from Bedford , 19 Sep 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
It is no accident that Kirsty Gallagher looks as good as she does. She works very hard to look this way. This DVD does exactly what it says on the tin and it works to exhaust all major muscle groups. I would highly recommend this one to those who like to be challenged a little! One critisism of the DVD would be that the guy in it probably needs to practice what he preaches as he doesn't look like he has been training hard to maintain his physique - but despite this a great trainer, very clear and concise!- Was this review helpful to you?

(7)Body Sculpt with Kirsty
By a customer , 13 Aug 2011Owning many Davina keep fit dvds I thought I'd have a change and try Kirsty's Body Sculpt dvd. I was pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. It started off rather easy but did get harder. It was a great workout for upper body and really worked the arm muscles. It's a pity the abs section was so short as would have liked a longer workout for this. I enjoyed the DVD so much that I've ordered one!- Was this review helpful to you?

Customer Review
By a customer from UK , 23 Jun 2008The DVD is split into three workouts, increasing in difficulty. Then there are toning sections at the end of the DVD to target specific areas of the body. There is also a 6 week fitness plan on the DVD. I thought that the ability to tailor the workout to suit your level of fitness/mood was a really good idea. However, I found Kirsty slightly irritating and the personal trainer was completely lacking in charisma. Basically, the presentation of it doesn't leave you with any enthusiasm to do the workout. One of the other reviewers stated that it's a good workout to take with you if you travel a lot and I'd agree with that as you don't need any special equipment to do it and only a small amount of space.- Was this review helpful to you?

Effective, slightly dull workout
By home exerciser from Manchester , 04 Sep 2007This is a decent workout routine. There are actually 3 routines (beginner, intermediate, advanced) followed by two 'blast' sections, working on problem areas. You'll need some free weights or a couple of water bottles.
The main routines consist of lots of sets and reps of different exercises concentrating on different parts of the body. Push ups, squats, bicep curls etc etc, nothing too fancy.
I like the fact that it works for different levels of fitness. There are no dancey moves, just plain toning and strength training. It's similar to Cindy Crawford's workouts, but with more attention to proper form. Probably not the most 'fun' workout out there, but effective all the same. Worth a rental.- Was this review helpful to you?

Aching Stuff!
By a customer from Staffs , 17 Feb 2006Found this workout to be tough but as my muscles ached the next day it obviously worked. A little tedious though in places and If done on a regular basis quite boring I would imagine.- Was this review helpful to you?
