Perfection
By DirtyHarry (104 reviews) from HARROGATE , 17 Oct 2008[Highly rated reviewer]
Non-stop drama as events unfold. Say what you want, but please don't label this as more US propaganda material. It is unbiased and open in its approach, and is quite revealing in portraying both sides of the story in telling what resources (and deceipt) go into tracking terrorist cells and what very likely happens politically behind closed doors. Leonardo DiCaprio finally came of age in Blood Diamond, and here he just gets better, and more convincing. Job well done!- Was this review helpful to you?

Disappointing
By Duzzbob (183 reviews) from Bexleyheath , 31 Oct 20092 great actors and a legendary director means that Body of Lies should be a brilliantly shot, well acted, edge of the seat thriller. The first 2 boxes are ticked as DiCaprio and Crowe bring their respective talents to the party, (although DiCaprio appears to have a dead rat on his chin and Crowe misread the title of the film as 'Body of Pies'), and Ridley Scott produces some glorious looking scenes but it's just missing a script to lift it above average. Also,I guarantee that the ending will make you say 'is that it...?'. A real disappointment.- Was this review helpful to you?

Body of Lies
By ShasPearce (3 reviews) from London , 28 Oct 2009Great Actors and a good director do not always add up to make a great movie. The movie is watchable but forgetable..- Was this review helpful to you?

Complicated
By Dot2 (165 reviews) from Leicestershire , 26 Oct 2009Complicated plot. It helps if you have some knowledge of Middle East and the recent wars. One for the boys.- Was this review helpful to you?
