Boreanaz flu closes Bones set

Production on hit U.S. TV forensics drama Bones came to a halt on Monday (05Oct09) after David Boreanaz was hit with a bout of influenza. The actor was due to film a number of scenes, but was struck down with the flu and was unable to make it onto the set. A spokesperson for the show says, David is out with the flu and the show shut down today since he was in every scene. We hope to resume production tomorrow." A movie version of the widely-popular video game Tekken is to be directed by Dwight Little, it emerged last night. Little, who has previously helmed Murder at 1600 and Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, will head up production on Tekken, Variety reported.
