Absolutely perfect....By Hurdlemagurdle (79 reviews) from Glasgow , 12 Nov 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]Somehow always managed to miss this film - and now that I've seen it it goes straight into my all time top five. I can't fault it in any way, direction, score, script and acting were perfect and the balance struck between the glamour of Bonnie and Clyde and the brutality of their crimes is finely judged. From the click, click, click of the photographs in the opening credits to it's bloody outcome - this film has it all.

Not what I was expectingBy odellju (55 reviews) from London , 01 Jan 2010Because this is a classic I think I was expecting a glamourous gangster movie. This really isn't glamourous, in fact it's fairly downbeat. Due to the lack of glamour the characters were fairly rough around the edges. It's not massively memorable but it is worth watching.
goodBy a customer from London , 14 Nov 2009i dont normally watch old films but this one was n exception two outlaws team up and go all around america robbing banks a real case of cat and mouse wondering when the cops will catch up with them good plot in the end they are betrayed by a good friend and die in a hail of bullets worth a look
We rob banksBy Bassman71 (701 reviews) from Didsbury, England , 02 Sep 2009Man tries to steal car, woman catches him, flirt, do a robbery, do some more, become infamous, Uncle Jesse comes after them.
I believe this was quite controversial at the time due to the violence although it doesn't seem too bad now (The ending however is still brutal).
Faye Dunaway is sexier than sexy & Gene Hackman as convincing as ever.
I did sympathise with Bonnie in that I found Blanche annoying as hell.
Also the cinematography ranges from very good to awful.
