New Cases. No Clue. When we last dropped in on Jonathan Ames - New York writer, romantic, unlicensed private detective - he was taking a pounding in the boxing ring while still licking his (more painful) breakup wounds. Now that his second novel has been completed (and rejected), Jonathan is augmenting his income by moonlighting as a creative-writing teacher, while taking on some new, desperate clients, ranging from a kinky policeman to the publishing rival of his sexagenarian pal, George Christopher. How he solves anything is a mystery.

Fantastic. Funny. Off the wall. Loved It.

If you enjoyed series 1 then you will really love this series, infact I think it is even better. If you missed series 1 then you could actually jump straight into this series without feeling like you have missed all the background plot.

All the characters are well drawn and really well played with some individual storylines. But once again, for me the stand out is Ted Danson who I hope is playing himself!

Fantastic. Funny. Off the wall. Unlike anything that is around and compulsive viewing so getting a double disc was ideal.
