I rented this believing that it might be similar to Tae Bo workouts, or even Davina's kickboxing workout. It's not.
It's a bit like a 90s aerobics workout (with moves like 'grapevine'), with a couple of punches (and virtually no kicks) thrown in. You'll need a lot of room to move about, and it's very repetitive.
There is no on screen instructor - just a disembodied voice to provide cues, as well as two women following the instructions.
I can't comment on the conditioning section, as this wouldn't play on the disc I received.
If you like kickboxing workouts, I'd recommend renting any of Billy Blanks' dvds instead.
This is a good workout - hard going tho! The only problem is that on the dvd they have so much space and most people like me only have a small front room. So it was quite difficult to do all of the routines in a smaller space!!
