Amazing label
By a customer from Wilmington, NJ , 23 Jul 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
The other reviews say it all - you don't even have to watch the film, staring at the disc for hours on end in ecstasy enough, then you have a peely label.

(89)gallos best film
By open (231 reviews) , 21 May 2012A great cast and a stunner of a delicious black comedy. Ricci deserves to be a much bigger star saying that so should Gallo. Rich and something special.- Was this review helpful to you?

slow and experimental in style but beautiful film
By lele_poco (46 reviews) from Croydon , 12 May 2012This film reminded me of 'eternal sunshine of the spotless mind'. It was slow and experimental in style, but the relationship between Billy and Laila is very nice.
visually it is very simple, as is the story. In this way it is reflective of reality, but captured in a rather beautiful way.
I loved the pairing of Christina Ricci and Vincent Gallo- Was this review helpful to you?

Painful and hard work.
By Brads666 (2 reviews) from Blackpool, England , 17 Feb 2012Wow, getting till almost an hour of this movie was painful hard work, the only reason I persevered was because of the reviews on here and because Christina Ricci is hot, but wow! Not a likable character in sight, its drawn out, slow, I don't like the way its shot with the smaller screens coming in, just painful, but! Its got some good reviews so hey, make up your own mind.- Was this review helpful to you?

Read This Review !!
By a customer , 06 Nov 2011Vincent Gallo & his debut film have inspired countless new directors including Xavier Dolan, Steve McQueen, and Fabrizio Federico.
This film shows us how cinema should really be. Not only is it both dreamy, and funny but it shows us the damage that families can cause to a person.
I recommend it big time !!- Was this review helpful to you?
