    Season Two

Most fans I've spoken to have said that this is their favourite season of Buffy, and I've got to say that in some ways I definitely agree with them. If you haven't seen it yet, I envy you ... you've got a real treat in store.

We rejoin Buffy and her friends in a new year at Sunnydale high, which also brings some new arrivals to town ... a blonde-haired british vampire called Spike and his girlfriend Drusilla. As the scoobies face these deadly new foes, the series explores the romantic relationships between most of the scoobies and other new characters. The Buffy/Angel relationship goes much further and is really pushed to it's limits here.

I'm trying not to give too much away because this season has lots of great surprises in store, and plenty of brilliant episodes. Enjoy!

This is where it gets good

Well if you're a fan or new to Buffy this is a must rental as this disk contains some of the best episodes which took Buffy away from being a Scooby show and gave drama and a bit of edge to it which carred on to the end. The episodes feature when Angel turns evil or become a werewolf and Xander become a babe magnet. The humor alone in the episodes is enuff to watch it for but with the emotional layer now coming into it makes it fantastic viewing. Highly recomended.

BEST TV SERIES IN THE WORLD EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best tv series ever written! All 7 seasons of Buffy are simply excellent - you must watch them all! Sarah Michelle Gellar is simply delicious!

This is a highly entertaing series about a girl who fights vampires, demons, monsters, etc. It is extremely witty, funny, well written and action packed.

    Disc Six - Excellent

This disc contains the last two episodes of Season 2: Becoming Parts 1 & 2. These are stunning episodes, and show David Boreanaz at his very best, playing Angelus.

Although there are only two eps on the disc, the special features are excellent with a long feature on the make-up of the series, the sets and the monsters. Well worth seeing.

    Season 2 - Essential Buffy.

Buffy Season 2 is really where it all begins. Everyone who has ever been a teen should see this TV series.

In Season 1 it is all a bit hammy... feels a bit like a vamp movie stretched out.

In this season, with the scope of 22 episode, all of the feelings and experiences of the teenage years are delved into deeply.

How those friendships develop, the crushes, losing you virginity, finding out what boys are really all about, the bands to listen to... oh and if you are Buffy how to slay - a lot!

If you don't do si-fi dont do vamps and think Buffy is just silly and you've seen a couple of episodes or season 1 and you got nothing from it - GET this DVD NOW! I promise you it can convert anyone into a fan of the best TV my generation has produced so far.

    Joss Whedon is a genius.

I started watching Buffy after I had just finished school, and I felt that all the feelings and issues that you have to deal with were embodied is this brilliant series... Every character is fantastic and the development of these characters over 7 years are really interesting. It's great to watch a show that has such positive female characters, as well as dealing with homosexuality in a very intellegent and real way. Also it's bloody hilarious! So, if you enjoy good, intellegent and well written television this is a must see!

One of the most emotional of Buffy finales. No words can describe the passion and energy Buffy and Angel have in this episode, and the sword fighting is an interesting twist for the final battle. Alliances change for better and for worse and by the end no-one knows exactly where they stand. Spike manages to slip in another hilarious scene with Buffy without disrupting the mood of the episode. The final scene is brilliant; this double-episode deserves every commendation it got, and more; and when the piano intro for Sarah McLachlan's 'Full of Grace' starts to play you have to fight to stop yourself crying like a baby.
