spike's the best

spike- being my favourite character in buffy is just brilliant in this selection, if you are a James marsters or spike fan then rent this dvd, there's also a short interview with James talking about some of the episodes of buffy which was an added bonus and of course that means that little bit extra of the gorgeous James.

Nothing but fists and fangs!

A whole 3 hours of William The Bloody, and what a fantastic collection it is! I only recently discovered BtVS, I watched a few episodes on Sky, rented a few compilation discs like this, and then decided I liked it so much I bought the Season 1-7 box set!

Spike is my favourite character - evil scheming bad guy, but nothing ever works out in the way he hopes. And on top of that - he's gorgeous!

The Slayer Collection discs are a must if you're a fan. There's an interview with James Marsters on the disc too!

WHAT?

you have taken one of the cutest vampires and have shown him at his ugliest point. i thoght the whole point of this was 'the best bits'

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (Spike)

Not the best selection

Thought that the most memorable episodes were lacking, ie from series 6 when he and Buffy 'get it on'. Also, the one where they got engaged due to a spell was amusing too.

Odd choices

A bewildering selection, considering the range of episodes that could have been chosen. School Hard is memorable for Spike and Dru's entrance to Sunnydale, (Spike and Buffy's first meeting is worth another look, in light of later events). Fool For Love is also a classic episode with its flashbacks to Spike's earlier life and some red-hot sparring between Spike and the Slayer, but the other two are not the best episodes. You'd be better off renting the series proper.

Four good episodes

I really enjoyed this. I think you benefit from being a Buffy fan so you can place the stories in context, but even without that, the episodes stand up to individual scrutiny.
