Incredible Film!

I purchased this DVD a few weeks ago, and it blew me away. It's enraging that large corporate interests would try to stop a ground-breaking innovative gene-targeted cancer treatment just because a small pharmaceutical company owns it's patents—which means once it's FDA-approved it will corner the cancer treatment market almost entirely, but it's also enlightening knowing that genuine progress has been made in the field of cancer treatment, resulting in cures, instead of toxic palliative drugs. Dr. Burzynski is a true genius and a hero, and will one day receive the Nobel Prize in Medicine.- Was this review helpful to you?

The documentary starts with a seriers of 'advertorial' case studies showcasing the Burzynski cancer treatment and follows with a lot of footage of tearful patients for whom it appeared to work. There was very little on analysis of the clinical results or discussion of the legal points; too much news footage and not enough critical journalism. CANCER - Cured .... right now!
By a customer , 20 Jun 2011If you know somebody with cancer and if you dont know anyone yet, watch this film. A cure has been found 20 years ago and the corrupt officials and BIG Business are letting people die as they cannot steal the patents. We the people have a voice and power.... watch the film, get switched on, share with others, stop the suffering to patients and families. No more need for the horrors of Chemotherapy and poisonous radiation.If I had seen this film 8 months ago my friend might still be alive. She could have had a different choice. This is criminal.....it must stop..... this film is the beginning of awareness needed. Watch it, buy it, support it, change our world.- Was this review helpful to you?

Essential viewing!
By john_that_loves_movies (1 review) , 12 Jun 2011I consider this a very important movie for as many people to see as possible. I just saw it on the free showing. I am going to buy a few copies to support this man and his work. The many, many detailed testimonies from his patients including MRI's, xray, medical reports etc are very convincing and moving. The many failed attempts by the FDA etc to steal from this man and frustrate his work are outrageous!
