Brian De Palma to make Iraq documentary

Brian De Palma is to use news footage, video blogs and court coverage to construct a documentary entitled Redacted. The film will tell the story of five US soldiers stationed in Iraq who were accused of various crimes against an Iraqi family, Production Weekly reports. Several more Hollywood stars have confirmed that they will lend their voices to next year's animation Ice Age 2: The Meltdown. Carlito set for new outing

Universal pictures has announced it is to make a prequel to its blockbuster Carlito's Way, over ten years after the first film hit the screen. In 1993 the film was a huge success with Al Pacino taking the title role as legendary gangster Charlie "Carlito" Brigante.
