My girlfriend found it really helpful, shes not fat or anything shes just like all women..........PARANOID!
The only thing Carol did for me was take a wedge out of my wallet her recipes and that lot cost a fortune, and all my girlfriends done since is fart and she hasn't left the toilet.- Was this review helpful to you?

The DVD was useful if just to prove that the detox does work and does wonders for your physical health and wellbeing. It follows 3 different women who all take part in the 28 detox and obvioulsy you see the before and after shots of them to prove how well the detox has worked for them. It also gives tips to follow and other information necesary to take part in the detox. I am now in the process of getting the recipe book from my local library so that I can get an idea of what types of foods I can make and see if I can persuade my husband to join me so that I am not cooking two different types of food for a month.- Was this review helpful to you?
