It had to happen. Pixar's winning streak couldn't go on forever.

[Highly rated reviewer]Like Shrek and couple other CGI films, the first sequal is as good if not better than the original and Cars 2 dosen't disppoint.
When I first saw the trailer, I wasn't 100% sure about it but I was 100% after watching about oh......a minute and it was fun recognising or even trying to recognising the voices like Eddie Issard and Micheal Caine as the cars. This film will not only entain the kids but the adults and the plot almost sounds like something like a James Bond film but with a tow truck as the hero and not necessarily the saive British car.
I must admit I was slightly confused about the French Robin Reliant and how fast it could go, LOL.

Greased lightningBy Phillig (13 reviews) , 12 Apr 2012Not as good as the first but my 7 yr old enjoyed it highly. A little complicated as watched originally at cinema, however does get easier for youngsters 2nd time round in viewing I would suggest. Michael Caine's voice as Finn is pretty good though. Worth a watch.
Amazing animation and a great storyBy Angiethecook (36 reviews) , 03 Apr 2012This film has been made with great imagination and anything is possible
Some of the original characters from the first film appear and there are lots of new fun characters including ships and aircraft which make this film interesting
It is a great story about the invention of new fuel to enable the evil car to control car racing. There are spies on a James Bond theme, the royal family are included and part of the film takes place on an oil rig - it is fast paced an great fun
The reproduction of London and Paris is amazing and the overall animation is top notch
Great kids flick.By BIGDADDY1 (4 reviews) from ALLOA , 02 Apr 2012My daughter definately loved Cars 2, enough to watch it 3 nights in a row. A good sequel to the original Cars and she loved Mater. Would reccomend as good kids entertainment.
Good to keep the kids occupied for a while.By oggers (4 reviews) from Keighley , 31 Mar 2012Pretty enjoyable film to watch with the kids. I thought the story was ok even if as another review has said it features more of 'mator' than lightening mcqueen,
