Brilliant and unexpected. A refreshing view of the female form. 18mins well spent.

The brilliance this short took me completely by surprise! I don't know what I was expecting really but this is well written and directed with genuine moments of hilarity mixed with philosophical thought and appreciation of the female form in all of its difference and beauty. a stunning little art film and well worth watching. Oh and on another note, I don't normally feed trolls but I can't help but reply to the previous review titled 'Utter Nonsense'. There was nothing disgusting about the scene with the boy and the Swedish student. It was in no way sexual, if you listen to what the narrator was saying or just paid attention to the plot in general you would see it was representing the first time he found beauty in the female form, he was captivated by the lines of her body and the way she moved from an artistic perspective not a sexual one...I really fail to see where your obvious disgust comes from, unless it is disgust at the female form in general, in which case I have to ask- why watch this film in the first place!

Utterly pointless, waste of 17 minutes! And everyone who's raving about this must be male! The scene with the nanny & little boy was disgusting, try reversing that to little girl and man! Terrible, utterly terrible!

  • Not Quite A Night Shift

    Rated - 3.0 stars

There was clearly very little input from people who had worked night-shifts themselves. I worked 2 Night-shifts a week in Tesco when I was studying in College. My time sheet read 12 1/2 hours work, my shift was 9 hours long, and only 7 1/2 hours was paid work, the rest was breaks. The night shift in a supermarket is the busiest when it comes to stock work, time flies not because of any art, but because you don't get a chance to stop from the word go. However the film was still interesting in it's own weird way.
