    Disappointing

The Cashmere Mafia is not in the same league as Sex and the City. It might be trying to follow in its footsteps but it cannot fill its shoes. Not even close. Even Patricia Field's styling is disappointing in comparision to looks she creaeted for S-JP. Far too many actors who had small roles in SATC turn up too. I would have thought this at least would have been avoidable. It reinforced the sense of parody even more. And I use the word paroday in the sense of a 'feeble or ridiculous imitation'.

I loved this. I am a big fan of sex and the city. This is an updated version. A real girls series about 4 career women juggling career and love lives

    Loved it!

I absolutely loved this, I know many people will argue it was a poor man's/woman's Sex in the city but I think it had something different, shame they cancelled it before the characters really had chance to fully develop. It was funny, sad, entertaining and easy to get into. Enjoy!

    Cheap Cashmere but fun!

If you enjoy the Lipstick Jungle and Sex in the city genre you will enjoy this. It's not as good as the actual afore mentioned series but fans of 4 females kicking ass in NYC will enjoy this. We watched this on a Friday night on the sofa with a bottle of good wine and found the whole disk highly addictive, so much so we were dissapointed to get to the end and are now hunting down disc 2! Go on, enjoy yourself!

    Great for a Friday

It's such a shame that this delightful TV series was cancelled after just one year. Similar series Lipstick Jungle suffered the same fate, only a year later. The pilot isn't great, but the episodes that follow are quite good. It's worth a try. Plus don't give it up just because you don't like Sex and the City, it's more mainstream than that. 4 out of 5 stars.
