    The friendly ghost does a runner from the ghost training centre and makes friends with a bullied young boy (Brendon Ryan Barrett) in this charmless straight-to-video sequel. Steve Guttenberg stars as the boy's workaholic building contractor father who pays him little attention, and Lori Loughlin plays Barrett's teacher who's trying to stop Guttenberg demolishing a local mansion to make way for a mini-mall. It's a cheesy concoction, clumsily mixing ghoulish humour (provided by bad ghosts Stretch, Stinky and Fatso), social comment, children's angst and high explosives.
