    Bartoli - Mozart arias

    Bartoli lives up to her reputation, on this disc,as one of the great mezzo sopranos .

    However, the arias which she sings are somewhat obscure. They are all concert arias and, therefore, exclude the wonderful soprano songs from the Mozart operas which is what many viewers would expect to see.
