Charlies Angels Series Two
By Cornetto (959 reviews) from Lancaster , 23 Apr 2007[Highly rated reviewer]
Charlie's Angels is a television series in the later 1970's about three women who work for a fictional private investigation agency, the Charles Townsend Agency. Their boss, Charlie (voiced by John Forsythe), was rarely seen and is never seen full face in some episodes he is shown from the rear only (where the viewer only sees the back of his head and his arms) and on the series finale where he appears in surgeon's mask and outfit. He only ever contacted the 'angels' by telephone, addressing them via a speakerphone on the office's desk. We have a cast change from Fawcett to Ladd, Jill Munroe to Kris Munroe and at the time I quite liked this change I thought Cheryl Ladd was much better. Stories fab during that decade and still okay to watch if you were an addict way back then.- Was this review helpful to you?
