This is not a good movie. But it is a FUN movie. The plot is laughable, the acting firmly tongue-in-cheek, the direction overblown, the script riddled with double-entendres - all of these things which make it bad, conversely, make it good in the final analysis. It barrels along with it's own demented energy, barely pausing for longer than a minute as it gears up for another giddy fight scene or slow-mo hair-tossing spectacle. The three leads seem to be enjoying themselves immensely, adopting ludicrous disguises and dispatching bad guys without even breaking a nail. They all look gorgeous, and know it, while the director ('McV', or some such nonsense) delights in offering close-ups of their scantily clad rears. Admittedly, as a guy, this was part of the film's appeal, but the ladies in the audience seemed to love watching some glamorous women kicking the crap out of people, so it presumably has cross-gender appeal. Give it a try.
