Singer/actor Ricky Martin has won over theatre critics with his Broadway bow in the revival of Evita, with one reviewer insisting the Latin superstar is "easily the best thing" about the revamped production. Russell Brand is planning to give himself a complete makeover in a bid to land more movie roles - he's chopping off his trademark long locks and adopting a smarter look. Steven Soderbergh's movie Che was so low budget, Matt Damon used a promotional trip for The Bourne Ultimatum to bag a free flight to Europe to film his part. The moviemaker asked Damon to appear in the biopic, about Latino revolutionary Che Guevara, and he was quick to sign up to the picture.
