The demented doll Chucky is resurrected yet again and begins searching for a new body to possess. As luck would have it, he finds Andy (Justin Whalin), the kid he tormented in the first two films, now a troubled teen cadet in military school. Naturally, blood splatters and gore spews, as demonic Chuck runs amuck through the academy. Read more

Brought back to life when the “Good Guy” doll assembly line is reactivated, Chucky — the plastic Terminator — traces his former owner (Justin Whalin, taking over from moppet Alex Vincent) to military school and starts decimating the student body. The bottom-of-the-barrel, slice-and-dice nonsense that follows embellishes the first sequel's sadistic streak and has an okay finale set on a carnival ride in an amusement park. Director Jack Bender's useless entry in the series is now infamous for being cited (wrongly) in the tabloid frenzy surrounding the Jamie Bulger murder case in Britain.

Chucky, what a dude, like hack everyone one up, and that laugh! seen all of them now, Bride of Chucky was the best with Jenifer Tilly

    Not Bad

I rember when this film came out and was called a video narsty and was band.

Well today it stands as a very good horrer film. I a lot of ways better than 2. The plot seems better this time round when the young lad is a grown up. Chucky himself is very nasty in it. A good horrer icon. Better than the two newer ones though they are funny than anything.

I must say though I can not see why this film was band though. I did enjoy it though a good little horrer film.

Not as good as the first two films

Not as good as the first two films, but still mildly entertaining. It has the most basic acting and action of the first three Child’s Play movies, but the special effects are still on-par with the two films which preceded it. Not a great movie, but worth checking out if you have seen the first two films.

    top class

id give this more than 5 stars. usual great chucky moments with an extra story thrown in about Andy getting used to military life. interesting how they keep finding new ways to bring chucky back to life but at least they try to make them convincing unlike the way jason keeps coming back in the friday 13th movies with no explanation

    Good sequel

Childs play 3 was a mixture of gore and humour.Doesnt beat the original childs play, but a good effort.More gore than part2 and chuckys sense of humour shines through. The army stuff can be quite boring, but still a fun watch.
