Over-familiarity and diminishing returns affect the sixth entry in the above-average Children of the Corn series as Hannah (Natalie Ramsey) heads to Gatlin town to discover the identity of her mother and is ensnared by the corn-god worshipping children of the damned. It transpires that the once comatose Isaac (John Franklin, who also co-scripted) wants Hannah to bear the chosen infant able to bring the corn god back on Earth. A muddled script, loads of laughable pseudo-religious babble and bland direction make this plodding sequel even further removed from the Stephen King ethos than the original.
This film was very disappointing for me.There wasn't much to keep you on the edge of your seat and overall it was pretty 'run of the mill stuff'
No, this was not very good at all. Have been watching the whole series so was somewhat dissapointed that it was not as good as the others.
