I've only seen this in Japanese because when I wrote this it is still not avalable in the UK (21st March 2005).
It follows a farmer boy student living in the City. Poor and out of touch with this modern world he finds a persicon (Computer that looks and acts like a girl) and gets into trouble as he trys to teach it to fit into the BIG CITY.
At first I thought this was a typical Japanese pervy school girl type series but as the series went on it actual gained a story line. And by VOL 3 I was hooked.
The animation in this is a bit basic but the plot line is humorous enough that this isn't just an anime about a boy overly in love with his computer, that looks like a child with an on/off button in her fanny. Which ultimately it is. It's about love and stuff. Even a bitter cynic can't fail to like it.
