Don't mess with Christine!!

I read the book about ten years before I saw the film and thought that it remained as failthful as possible to the book.

Call the Yanks whatever you like but the inescapable fact is they make the most beautiful cars ever, period. Christine is a '58 Plymouth Fury and to be perfectly frank if this car doesn't turn you then you haven't got a switch!!!! My wife looked bemused and said 'it's a car.' which is tantamount to saying Michael Schumacher is a driver!!

The film is about 20 minutes too long and the director didn't get the best out of all the shots but the car takes your mind off all those inadequacies.

I've seen this on both T.V. and DVD and I'd choose the big screen any time.

Definitely worth a watch and the car gets 5 stars!
