Produced by the acclaimed Gonzo Digimation studio, the action anime series 'Chrono Crusade' imagines 1920s New York City as a hotbed of jazz, speakeasies, flappers and power-hungry businessmen who dabble in the black arts and unleash a horde of demons upon the world. The only person who can stop the unholy terror is Sister Rosette, a clumsy but powerful 16-year-old nun trained as an exorcist in the sacred Order of Magdalene. With the help of a devil named Chrono and an arsenal of high-octane weaponry, Sister Rosette wages war on the demonic legions in gun-fuelled action sequences peppered with racy comedic elements. Imaginative, well written, and stunningly animated, the series concludes with this seventh and final volume of episodes.
