Chuck - Season 3

this is one or maybe the best american tv shows along with nikita supernatural vampire diaries, the thing that makes this tv show so amazing is the like ablity of the charactors, and this is one of the best seasons of the show because it finally give the fans what they wanted from season 1 and the romance is brilliant this is for sure a 10/10

i am actually watching chuck season 3 as im writing this review so u show deff buy it u wont regret it and if u havent watched yet u should do the only downside about it is they only did 5 seasons but the show will always have thousends of fans and i can happly say i am one and always will be

Will they, won’t they? This is not a question about whether Chuck and Sarah will get together in the third season of ‘Chuck’, but whether they will axe the show or not. Turns out that NBC decided to keep the show going through its entire run of season 3 and I’m glad that they did as it is the best yet, after a point. The start of Season 3 continues the same trend as before, weekly missions that see Chuck being trained as a spy and lusting after Sarah. However, during the midseason the entire show is rocked on its axis and given a whole new lease of life that lifts it from being a fun show to one not to miss.

I don’t want to go into spoiler territory so I will merely say that the second half of the season allows the majority of the cast to stretch their acting muscles and also allows the set designers to build something new for once. A lot of the good in Season 3 is due to the extended guest role of Brandon Routh as Daniel Shaw. The former Superman is an underrated actor, especially in genre material. He brings a new dynamic to the show that shakes things up, but remains within the cheesy sense of humour we have come to expect.

The extended cast have less to do this season and most of their stories act as parallel to the weekly adventure that Chuck et al. are enjoying. This means that the like of Morgan are used less, but when they are it is with better effect. Moving the spotlight further onto Zachary Levi as Chuck and Yvonne Strahovski as Sarah is no bad thing as they have developed a great onscreen. By the end of Season 3 there is no doubt this is the best so far. However, it takes at least 5 slow episodes for the show to pick up and for this reason it just falls short of the wonder of 5 stars.

AHhhhhhhhhhhh Chuck <3 THe best programme on tv? Maybe the best season so far? Including season 4. Great acting and chemistry throughout with Yvonne (sara) and zach (chuck), With the added banter from adam (casey) and Josh (morgan). Laugh out loud comedy with some great action. I could speak highly enough of the way the entire season is written fantastic show and will be very sad to see it go after season 5. But without giving too much away, We see chuck becoming the real spy. Sara and chuck will they won't they drama... We finally get to really see what happens. Great season. Chuck is a must watch if you have never seen it before.

I loved this series as much as I loved the first 2. All the characters are here again being advanced in their own ways and the story is driving the entire thing forward. This can be misconstrued as changing what people love about the series, but to me it means that it is not getting stagnant.

If you liked the first 2 series and relate to any of the characters, this series keeps it going well and I can't wait for Series 4
