Absolutely Dreadful!

It is heartbreaking to see such stunning performances ruined by bad editing. You don't get to see the performance because most of the recording was done before of after the show in order to produce flashy multi angle close up shots which are between one and two seconds long. The result is just an irritating mess - I'm a great fan of Cirque du Soleil and I want to see the performance, not the video editing. The only value this title has is to show to film students as an example of how not to ruin peoples performances by trying to be clever. If you enjoy Cirque du Soleil, or any other type of performance then avoid this!

not so bad
By a customer from Kingston, England , 14 Apr 2007I have never seen this show so was intriqued to see what it was like. I think it is best to see it rather than view it on DVD. I can see it is all very clever and skilled but even tho we are circus freaks it didn't grab me and my 12 yr old son that much. In fact we turned it off after about 40 mins.
