Yes, I'd grown up with the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, youth clubs playing the then progressive Moody Blues and King Crimson while Radio Caroline had changed our lives. So much was happening musically that we were thoroughly spoilt and then the bubble burst. Let It Be, the album and film were to be the last ever Beatles recordings. This Classic Album has filled a gap I somehow missed. The loss of the Beatles was so immense that I never gave John a real chance until Imagine. Now I understand more than ever the influence that John Lennon had both in my own life and the direction of the music industry. If you care about musical history, it's evolution or the influence it has on our lives today then watching this is a must.- Was this review helpful to you?

A must watch for lennon fans
By googajoob77 (9 reviews) , 23 May 2012If your a lennon fan this is an interesting insite into the making of what many think is his best album . This is very much a Band effort Lennon on guitar , klaus Voorman on bass and Ringo starr on drums and Yoko doing whatever it is Yoko does . The interesting part for me was seeing Voorman interviewed because hes someone that played a strong role in the Beatles days in hamburg.- Was this review helpful to you?
