This is a good documentary that concentrates on the music oppose to everything else that revolved the band. If you like the album you'll find it fascinating to see what went into making one the influential albums of the 90's onwards.

With the lights out...

Very enjoyable delve into the history of a classic album that shaped a generation and inlficted Courtney Love onto us. Extensive live footage and inteviews with Krist Novoselic, Dave Grohl and Butch Vigg (and others) gives you an insight into the making of a masterpiece. On the down side i felt like it was a bit rushed and they could have included a track by track analysis and studio breakdown. But what you got wasn't disapointing. DO watch the bonus features for more album tracks and stories behind the Video for Smells like teen spirit and the Album cover for Nevermind!
