A Must See

A film that davoured me from the start. If on search for a drama that not only draws you into it, but makes you crave, then look no further. The screen chemistry between the cast was powerful and in no way lack luster, fluid camera work and direction allowed it to be effortless to watch and it held true to the novel by David Almond yet was not caged within it.
Though a big fan of Imelda Staunton through titles such as Freedom Fighters and Vera Drake, the true unsung hero of Clay was indeed Clay himself portrayed by Nick ash, a gifted actor who while being new to mainstream in no way held back and hit the essence of clayman which is what i as an aspiring actor found trancing.
All in all Clay is stunning and deserves the 5 stars im giving it as it was a blast to watch. seems like not all good things need to come from 'Hollywood'...!- Was this review helpful to you?
