Poor, Poor, PoorBy Cardiacknight (3 reviews) from High Peak , 01 Feb 2008
[Highly rated reviewer]Considering Clive Barker is one of the best known horror writers in the western world this title is very poor. The story line is given to you by way of reading the loading screen as an irratating sound of a type writer plays over the top. Come on this is the computer age after all. The game play is even worse than the story line. The background environments look huge but you are destined to walk a very narrow path with no inovation at all. The team based action is very limited with only a few commands. The team that are with you have the habit of getting in the way becoming more of a target than the enemy.
Nothing original here. Clive Barker has been let down by a poor game through and through.

4/10By Nib (21 reviews) from Gillingham , 25 Mar 2009This is ok but it would have worked better as a FPS with no on screen team members.
Atmospherically it does not immerse the player into any sort of worthwhile experience and the levels lack variety or anything significant to warrant continuous play.
The graphics are effective yet the game play is simple, repetitive and poses no kind of challenge.
Don't put yourself through the agonyBy sweatyfatlass (11 reviews) from Haverhill , 25 Feb 2009Well, saw the demo trailer for this and looked great. Started playing it and...o dear this game is terrible. Gameplay is very linear. Monsters are just annoying and you can be killed in an instant. This game lacks any purpose. Take notice. Do not rent or even buy this. Verdict:Poor
