amitabh all the wayBy arun from Liverpool, UK , 11 Jul 2005
[Highly rated reviewer]Theres nothing except Amitabh in the film. Waheeda Rehman plays the tearful mom, While rati agnihotri is the heroine who appears for the songs, Rishi kapoor is the politically correct - friend/brother - a symbol of religious unity, and Manmohan Desai delivers this potboiler with lots of melodrama. Amitabhs fatal injury was convenient for the film to register success

truly awfulBy a customer from Nottingham , 21 Mar 2009I'm wondering if I saw a different film from the other reviewers.
This film was grotesque.
It was the sort of film that was released in the 50s and which are now jokes.
I can't begin to describe the juvenile, ludicrous plot and storyline.
I couldn't watch more than 15 minutes worth
Classic BollywoodBy a customer from London , 15 Nov 2008It was interesting to see this early film and someone as charismatic as the Star. I liked the fact that the film even says at what point he was seiously injured ina fight scene. The omelette scene is hilariou.s . A must for all Amitabach fans for his early days. The ploy was ridiculously unrealistic but no matter .....
coolieBy dutchy (10 reviews) from Epsom , 27 Aug 2008as usual very good film with Amitabh Bachchan in I have yet to see a bad one with him in,
Absolutely enjoyableBy a customer from Ilford , 18 Apr 2008I really enjoyed this movie. I was really gripped by the story line. Good plot I must say. You can hardly predict how everything will turn out.... a few shocking moments.
I think Amitabh is truly funny. A true comic hero he was in this movie. I think Rishi also gave a good performance. .
If you are looking for an action/comedy type movie, this is the one.
