The worst film I have ever seen

Set in a futuristic 'crime driven' world, this film had the potential to entertain. However, a few key stumbling blocks held it back: 1. Lack of a decent plot. 2. Lack of decent dialogue/script. 3. Lack of believability. (all these three are severe understatements!)

The production qualities are very low - dialogue is unintelligable in places, and the dvd doesn't have subtitles.

All in all, this was a complete waste of an afternoon. If this film is meant to disappoint, frustrate, and annoy, it succeeds. Don't go anywhere near it!
