Ryan Gosling could become a big screen star, so I follow all his films. This one does not disappoint.By roncoach (370 reviews) from suffolk , 10 Jul 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]I didn't have much hopes really for this storyline as outlined in reviews.
But I watched it just to keep up-to-date with the burgeoning career of Ryan Gosling who I think could become a wonderful screen star-----and I have been watching movie stars come and go for over 50 years.
And, actually the film was good, and not just because of the talented Mr Gosling, but also because of its above-average presentation of all the cinematic departments.
Yes, I rate this film as 'Good' and that places it firmly as a 3. 5 star movie. Easy :))))))

Run of the mill stuffBy Scribes (341 reviews) , 17 Nov 2013There was nothing to smile about until the film came to it's conclusion. Quite frankly, I was a little disappointed when taking into account the quality of the cast ... I really did expect better. 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' was mediocre for the best part and the outcome was pretty obvious from about the half way point. Yes, I will admit, there were some classic moments but in the main it was 'run of the mill stuff'. Conclusion: A rainy day watch!
If You Like 'Hitch' You Will Enjoy ThisBy ASDFG (18 reviews) , 08 Oct 2013Funnier than I expected and for a change some clever thinking behind a romcom. Carell & Gosling work well together supported by an excellent cast. Spoilt a little bit by the obligatory hollywood moral ending but still a good laugh.
BRILLIANT FILMBy a customer , 12 Sep 2013Ryan Gosling and Steve Carrell both brilliant in this hilarious film! So funny and a few things i didnt see coming! Recommend this film
Average comedy.By Zebras22 (124 reviews) , 10 Sep 2013Entertaining but could have done with about 20 minutes shorter. There are some funny bits, but they do not come often enough. Worth a watch once only.
Simply a great filmBy a customer , 16 Aug 2013Simply one of the best films I have seen for ages. Great cast, well written and produced. An enjoyable evening's entertainment.
