Two loser cops find themselves alone against the largest crime syndicate in the world in this overlong buddy film. Director and star Wayne Crawford probably saw it as an excuse to take a vacation in Hong Kong, because somehow the policemen make their way to the Chinese city despite being suspended from the force. Some interesting locales, but otherwise wholly unremarkable.
