Crimes At The Dark House

Director George King
Genres Drama, Horror
Run time 70 mins Certificate PG

20th November 2006

From the gruesome opening scene onwards Tod Slaughter laughs manically, lecherously licks his lips at the ladies and scornfully sneers at anyone who stands in his way in this delightfully over-the-top romp. His bawdy, theatrical presence makes him a prototypical villian and tremendous fun to watch while the rest of the cast are merely playthings in his indecent schemes. This is silly Grand Guignol fun at its hammiest.
