    [Highly rated reviewer]

a more informative DVD than the first in the series was. this one shows the different martial artists doing what they are talking about on screen & wets your appetite enough to want you to view more in each 'artists' series of DVD`s which are on the market to buy.

It is also very informative on why you should & must use mainly hand strikes in combat rather than 'going to ground' which is rife in today`s martial arts media due to UFC etc.

listen & view people who will tell you exactly 'how it is ' and what you should be doing to increase your survival chances along with some training tips but not too much as this is not what this DVD is about.

Would recommend this DVD for viewing.

Covers some important but basic things a Martial Artist needs to know, in order to improve how they strike with their hands.

The info focusses on all kinds of styles, from Karate & Kickboxing, though to more grappling arts such as JiuJitsu to the complex hand strikes of kung fu (including the Wing Chun Chain punch).

There are lessons from some of the biggest names in the UK, including Geoff Thompson, who explains how to apply the knowledge in a real fight and also how to use the 'fence' self-defense system he's famous for.

If you are into trying to improve your striking & self defense, this is well worth a look!

An extremely useful tool for practical application of martial arts training in the street. Some very useful tips about how to keep a proper distance and when to decide to strike. I wish i'd heard some of these very simple and extremely relevant and useful tips years ago.

Well made training video . Good production values with teachers who know what they are talking about and never patronise the viewer . No matter who you are you will pick up at least one thing from this that makes a difference to your training.

How true is this film. I worked the doors for 10 years, 2 of them as a head door man. Black belt in karate Shotokan. I used 10 percent of my martial skills to survive and 90 percent I learnt on the door and in the club. The do jo is good. Real life street fighting is a whole different field. Enjoyed every day on the doors would have done it for free but they keeped paying me how cool is that. anyway if you love martial arts you will love this, These Men are not blinded by there masters and are allways looking for new and different ways to do the job of self preservation. Realy enjoyed it. 5 out of 5 If not more.

More a psychology based DVD than the traditional martial arts instructional DVD.

    Very useful to watch.....

Not for technique but the psychology of combat.
