Raja's father is murdered and his mother who is innocent is charged for murder and sentenced for fourteen years imprisonment. Raja gets a helping hand from Manglu Chacha who is a street singer and has two children, Datta & Radha who are also of Raja's age. They grow up together and Raja like his father is good dancer. In a dancing competition he defeats famous dancers Priya & Mohnish. Mohnish becomes Raja's rival whereas Priya falls in love with Raja. Radha too is in love with Raja. After serving her sentence Raja gets his mother back home and in duel course Raja becomes a very successful dancer along with Priya as his dancing partner. Priya's father Brijbhushan invites Raja and his mother to a party, where he wants to announce Priya's engagement with Raja. In the party Raja's mother recognise Brijbhushan as her husband's killer
