I was looking forward to this, but was left feeling dissapointed.
The problem with this film is it doesn't quite know what direction its heading in. I could of focused on issues such as racism or corruption or LA riots , but instead wastes these chances.
Kurt Russel proved he still is a notable actor in his film 'Breakdown, and could of been great here as the dirty cop who gets things done. Instead he runs over the script with little envolment, not knowing what point hes trying to make and why hes making it.
Rhames bearly gets 15mins screen time, when he is on he just acts grumpy, apparent sorrow fr the 'pains of the community', but instead you just end up not caring for his character at all.
Don't belive the hype, instead just rent the Shield any one disc will be better then this by far.
