2nd March 2010

Based in a world where 'contractors' wield super powers that are 'paid off' by an obsessive compulsive response, our protagonist Hei uses his blade on a rope and environment morphing powers to act as an agent of the syndicate. We explore the environment through two-part vignettes, meeting different manifestations of the effects of Hell's Gate on the personas of the afflicted. Kashihara and the Public Safety Division are the bumbling police trying to keep things under wraps and there's the UN based Pandora organisation that studies the Gate. It's a bit like a poor man's Ghost in the Shell and can be a bit confusing at times, I don't see why Lovefilm say it's an 18 when it says 15 on the picture. It's not particularly gruesome or explicit.
