    Northern Humour at its best

    Dave Spikey is my type of comedian with his brilliant Northern accent and tales of his childhood and people in general

    I laughed from start to finish and as a bonus there is another half hours jokes in the interview in the extras. If you love Phoenix Nights or Peter Kay you will love Dave Spikey.

    Dave Spikey shows he has talent in stand up as well as acting, with a very similar universal humour to Peter Kay, and obviously a lot of joke swapping has happened between them (a few repeated jokes between the two). Some very funny moments but not quite as contiuously brilliant as Kay, and not quite the presence or energy, but very likeable non the less.
